Our beautiful selection of marquee bunting is handmade to the highest standard, using a handpicked selection of designer fabrics, including Laura Ashley and Cath Kidston, creating our own exclusive arrangements to compliment your special day.
Hiring is more enviromentally friendly than buying mass produced, imported bunting too!

HOW TO HIRE
Contact us with details of which design you like, along with the quantity you need, (or the dimensions of the location) and the date you need it. To be fair to all of our customers, we have a strict first come first served policy - due to overwhelming demand, we can now only 'hold' bookings for 48 hours from the date of sending booking forms. If we do not receive forms, or hear form you either by email or telephone during this time, we will re-release the bunting for other bookings without notifying you.

The standard hire period is from 1pm Friday to Sunday evening.
RECEIVING BUNTING
Depending on your requirements, you can either collect it in person or if you have chosen Royal Mail guaranteed next day, it will be delivered to the address you gave us by 1pm on the agreed date. Other couriers will deliver to the address by the time agreed according to your specifications.
RETURNING BUNTING
If you are returning it in person, please return it by lunch time on the Monday. If you have chosen Royal Mail guaranteed nexy day, please take your bunting, packed as indicated, to any post office in the included pre-paid bag on the Monday, and remember to ask for proof of posting. Other couriers will collect it from the address by the time agreed according to your specificartions.
POSTAGE OPTIONS
We normally use Royal Mail 'guaranteed next day' delivery service, but are happy to get quotes from other couriers if you prefer. Please let us know if you require postage, providing the delivery address, and we will quote accordingly.
PAYING & PAYMENTS (Cheques or Paypal)
Please book before making any payments!! (it does happen!)
Deposits are required before any bunting is disptatched
Deposits are returned/refunded when we receive our bunting in reasonable* condition & on the agreed date as on forms
Signed booking forms required for ALL bookings
CHEQUE
Please enclose cheques made payable to 'Dilly Dally Bunting' with signed booking forms. Please remember to ask for proof of posting whe posting any cheques. (no fees with this one!)
PAYPAL INVOICE
Paypal invoices are emailed directly to you, and all booking details are listed. Paypal accounts may be required.

IMPORTANT

* bunting must be returned to us without damage, stains or markings making it in anyway un-usable or that require any repair. It is made to a high standard and used with basic care, should not rip or tear easily. |
